Dr. Jaskaran Singh

Medical Director · North Brampton Medical Centre

Meet our in-house physician, Dr. Jaskaran Singh. Dr. Singh has been practicing family medicine in Brampton, Ontario for over a decade. He’s passionate about filling gaps in providing equitable medical care to as many patients as possible. He strongly advocates for those under his care and is always curious to learn about new technologies to help his patients.

Through his conversations as a primary care physician, he noticed men and women’s sexual health as one of these areas with a high need in patients, but a lack of viable interventions targeting the root cause of the issues. He jumped at the chance to offer the innovative, non-invasive treatment options provided by using radio-frequency and microneedling technologies.

Dr. Singh’s goal is to improve patient health and provide options for an overall improvement in the quality of life.

FAQ

Common questions

Answered privately in more detail at your consultation.

Men’s health

How does this fit with my current care?+

Treatment is non-invasive. Whether it suits you, and how it fits with any care you already receive, is decided with Dr. Singh.

Is the treatment painful? Are there needles?+

No needles and no incisions. Sessions are performed in-office, and Dr. Singh will explain what to expect during treatment at your consultation.

What does a treatment course look like?+

Session count and spacing are set by Dr. Singh at your consultation, based on your history and goals.

Will anyone know why I’m here?+

We keep your visit private. Consultations and treatments are one-on-one, scheduling is discreet, and your information is held under medical confidentiality.

Am I a candidate?+

Candidacy depends on your medical history. A private assessment with Dr. Singh confirms this before anything is booked.

Women’s health

What does pelvic floor treatment involve?+

A non-invasive, in-office session that stimulates the pelvic floor muscles. You remain clothed for muscle-stimulation treatments, and no anesthesia is needed.

Can it help with urinary leakage?+

Pelvic floor weakness is a common and treatable contributor to leakage with coughing, laughing or exercise. Dr. Singh will assess whether this therapy is appropriate for your case.

What about vaginal dryness and discomfort?+

Treatment aims to support the health and quality of the tissue itself. Suitability and expectations are reviewed privately at consultation.

Is it suitable after childbirth or menopause?+

These are two of the most common reasons women ask about it. Timing and suitability are assessed individually.

Is there downtime?+

Sessions are quick and most patients return to normal activities the same day.

General

Is this covered by OHIP?+

No. These are uninsured services. Pricing is reviewed with you before booking.

How many sessions will I need?+

It depends on the treatment and your goals. Dr. Singh recommends a session count at your consultation.
